Our spacious one-bedroom condo features a large deck area complete with a table, two bar stools, and two rocking chairs, providing a relaxing view of the lagoon, soothing water fountain, lush greenery, and tropical trees.

In September 2024, we ensured the HVAC system was thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized, from ducts to coils, with regular filter changes, so you can breathe easy during your stay.

Stay connected with high-speed internet, WiFi, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, perfect for streaming your favorite content. If you need to work, a convenient fold-out desk is available.

All furniture was updated in September 2024, including sleep chairs/loungers that easily convert into a twin bed. These comfortable chairs make relaxing or sleeping a breeze.

For your security and convenience, our unit features the latest key-less entry system. You'll receive a unique code for the duration of your stay, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable.

Safety is a priority, with a first aid kit in the guest closet, a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, smoke detectors (installed in 2023), emergency water and cooking supplies, and LED lanterns available for any situation.

Enjoy your morning coffee, happy hour, or a meal al fresco at our table for 2 on the deck, complete with a small grill and propane. Rocking chair covers ensure a dry seat for your morning coffee.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, from a variety of glassware and coffee makers to pots, pans, and baking sheets. We provide spices, basic condiments, K-cups, teas, and more. Extras like a smoothie maker, ice coffee by the cup, blender, lobster pot, wok, and frothier are also available.

Explore the area with picturesque strolls or bike rides along the community and island trails. We provide two bikes with lock codes after a waiver is signed.

Enjoy the day at one of the two community pools, with two floats available in the guest closet. Seascape Villas also offers a private cabana with restrooms onsite—code provided in check-in documents.

A short five-minute walk takes you to Loggerhead, a casual bar/restaurant, or to Alder Lane for beach access and facilities. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within walking distance. Hilton Head Island is an outdoor paradise, catering to sun worshipers, avid golfers, fishing enthusiasts, foodies, and bikers alike.

EXTRA BEACH TIP: 

Tip of the day for National Beach Safety Week…Observe Signs & Flags. We fly purple flags for stinging marine life (jellyfish & stingrays), yellow flags to use caution for moderately hazardous water conditions, and red flags to stay out of the water due to extremely hazardous water conditions.

**Jelly Fish:  The Cannonballs (clear/white) Do not sting.

The ones that have a blue/purple center do. Ask the lifeguard if in doubt. 

Sting Rays do come in at certain times of the year. Best advice shuffle your feet to kick up sand. Life Guards will keep you updated if you ask.
