Our spacious one bedroom condo includes a large deck area with table and 4 chairs. Enjoy the lagoon with a soothing water fountain, lush green space and tropical trees. 

High speed internet, WIFI, and smart TV's in living room and bedroom, are avaialbe for steaming. 

Need to work? A fold out desk, with a B&W laser WiFi printer is available for you to connect to and print. Extra paper and toner in guest closet.

The unit uses the latest in key-less entry and security. You will receive a code and it's assigned to you for the duration of your stay.You will feel safe and comfortable.

We also have a first aid kit in guest closet, along with a fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, emergency water and cooking in guest closet and emergency LED lanterns. 

Enjoy morning coffee, happy hour or a meal al fresco at our table for four. Enjoy the space and soothing breezes, and sounds of nature.

The kitchen includes all the accoutrements you will need to make a nice meal. We like our extras and hope you will as well. You will find a variety of glassware, coffee makers, pots and pans, baking sheets. Extras include a smoothie maker, blender, big lobster pot and even a frothier.

Guests have shared it feels like home and that is our goal. We want you to have every convenience at your fingertips. 

The area provides many diverse opportunities for enjoyment. Take a picturesque stroll or bike ride. The trails that wind throughout the community, and the island. 2 Bikes are included. Lock codes provided after waiver is signed.

Spend the day splashing around or lounging poolside at either of the two pools in the community. 2 floats are in the guest closet.

Seascape villas have their own private cabana, complete with restrooms on site, code provided in check in docs.

You can take a 5 minute walk to Loggerhead a public casual bar/ restaurant. Walk right on S. Forest Beach to Alder Lane. This also provides beach access and restroom facility. 

You are a short walk to dining, shopping and entertainment. HHI is an outdoor paradise. YOUR wishes will be granted as a sun worshiper, avid golfer, fisher-person, foodie or biker!

EXTRA BEACH TIP: 

Tip of the day for National Beach Safety Week…Observe Signs & Flags. We fly purple flags for stinging marine life (jellyfish & stingrays), yellow flags to use caution for moderately hazardous water conditions, and red flags to stay out of the water due to extremely hazardous water conditions.

**Jelly Fish:  The Cannonballs (clear/white) Do not sting.

The ones that have a blue/purple center do. Ask the lifeguard if in doubt. 

Sting Rays do come in at certain times of the year. Best advice shuffle your feet to kick up sand. Life Guards will keep you updated if you ask.
